Founder & CEO

Kevin is the founder and CEO of AccuCode. With over 15 years of experience, AccuCode is one of the largest privately held companies in Colorado with customers all over the world. AccuCode’s journey began in 1995 as a Value Added Reseller (VAR) in Kevin’s basement. Since then, the company has evolved into a very unique and innovative technology company with a track record of fantastic growth.

Kevin is a true entrepreneur. He loves technology, business, science, finance, and just about any other nerdy topic you can think of. He believes that within every problem there is an opportunity. Kevin has spent 16 years refining the art of bootstrap entrepreneurship and loves to share his insights with anyone willing to ask or listen.

Kevin’s expertise and ability to assemble a strong team of industry players has been the foundation of AccuCode’s success, leading the company to an impressive customer base and strategic partnerships with Motorola Solutions (formerly Symbol Technologies), Zebra Technologies, Intermec, Avaya, Cisco, and IBM. Under Kevin, AccuCode has truly evolved as a leading provider for mobile computing, automated data collection, software-as-a-service applications, managed services, and secure network infrastructure, just to name a few.

Chad Haynes
V.P. & Controller

Since 1999, Chad has served as the second in command at AccuCode. His experience includes leading a $12M/year GE Capital contract with Blake Industries as a Senior Account Manager, account and vendor relations manager with Capital Information's Systems, and an Arthur Anderson internship. At AccuCode, Chad has played a key role in operational management, as well as customer and vendor relations. Chad’s current management responsibilities include order fulfillment, asset tracking, customer service, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and contract management with customers and suppliers. Chad runs all aspects of AccuCode’s current VAR business model.

Chad is a Graduate of the University of Wyoming with a B.A.

AJ Love
Chief Operating Officer

A. J. joined AccuCode in 2008 with over a decade of experience in operations and business management. He has been able to successfully increase profitability while simultaneously improving customer experiences through the creative use of technology, organization, and team development. A. J. is a strong leader and clear communicator who has added tremendous value to AccuCode, taking a thoughtful, decisive approach to tactical business decisions.

Todd Baille
V.P. of Channel Sales

Todd joined AccuCode in January of 2012. For almost 20 years, Todd has been developing and implementing sales and marketing programs within the IT industry. With progressive sales, marketing, financial, program management, and operational experience with many different organizations, he is well suited to lead the sales efforts of AccuCode’s partner and customer communities. Todd enjoys learning about the needs of his customers and developing the channel models that support those demands. Todd has extensive background in the management of large and small organizations, including the launch of new products and solutions. Before coming to AccuCode, he spent nine years at LXE helping develop their channel sales program and worked in channel sales and marketing at Arrow Electronics.

Todd is a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelors Degree in Economics.

Sandy Deskin
Transportation Account Executive

Sandy is a successful sales professional with over 25 years of experience in the mobile data collection and automated identification arena. Sandy has been with AccuCode since 2001, and has led all Velocity Mail (vMail) sales activities within the airline sector. As the market leader, AccuCode boasts a current customer base of more than 25 airlines communicating with over 45 postal operators worldwide. Prior to joining AccuCode, Sandy worked for hardware manufacturers Norand (purchased by Intermec) and Fujitsu Personal Systems, followed by her transition to system integration companies Datavision-Prologix, and then AccuCode.

Sandy holds a B.S. in Dietetics from Northwest Missouri State University and a MBA from the University of Iowa.

Don Everett
Senior Retail Account Executive

Don joined AccuCode in 2002 as a Retail Consultant and Account Manager specializing in retail, manufacturing, and distribution. Don's 30+ years of retail and supply chain experience has been very valuable to AccuCode and our retail and manufacturing clients. Prior to joining AccuCode, Don spent 29 years in the IT department with The Kroger Company. Don's hands-on experience in managing large scale development and implementation teams and projects has added tremendous value for the AccuCode retail customer base. More importantly, Don's 29 years of experience as a consumer of information technologies gives him an unparalleled understanding of the customer's perspective, concerns, and needs.

Mark Lentell
Director of Professional Services

Mark came to AccuCode in 2003 as a systems engineer and within two years was ready to lead the Professional Services division. Mark brings leadership skills, a business mind, attention to detail, dedication, and a sense of accountability to customers and projects that truly makes him a valuable leader. Mark also possess an entrepreneurial spirit which he has used to become instrumental in the creation, incubation, and implementation of some of the largest and most ambitious projects and new business units that AccuCode has successfully completed to date. Over the past several years, Mark has been focusing on technology in the retail market and has developed deep domain knowledge and expertise in that landscape, as well as a keen understanding of the business problems retailers face everyday. He has demonstrated the ability to help our customers architect creative solutions to their business problems which has deepened their trust in AccuCode's partnership.

Mark graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems.

Wyatt Love
Director of Development

In 2001, Wyatt joined AccuCode to start the Enterprise Software Division. With 18 years of industry experience, Wyatt has a proven track record of completing complex projects on time, on budget, and with minimal defects and maintenance costs. He accomplishes these goals through effective leadership, utilization of team resources, frameworks, and patterns.

Wyatt holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems.

Eric Reed
Chief Architect

Eric has been a lead architect with AccuCode since 2002. Eric played a key development role in the Kroger HomeShop project ($5M over 18 months). In fact, Eric single handedly developed an entire GIS based routing system that provides automated delivery routing with maps and turn-by-turn directions. This experience applies directly to his leadership role in Velocity Mail (vMail). Eric has repeatedly proven himself as an ingenious and versatile software developer. Most importantly, Eric has shown a consistent ability to design pragmatic technical solutions to problems with complex business processes.

Kevin Reynolds
AO: Rapid Inventory Product Director

Kevin joined AccuCode in 2006 as an Inventory Management Solutions Specialist and has over 15 years of experience with inventory management and warehouse management systems. Prior to AccuCode, Kevin worked for Cadre Technologies, ASC, and Standard Register.

In 2007, Kevin began working with a team of people to develop a revolutionary inventory management solution designed specifically for small businesses. This project became known as AO: Rapid Inventory™ and it is now the world’s leading cloud-based QuickBooks® inventory management solution. Kevin has extensive experience talking with customers and spending time in warehouses all over the country. This knowledge gives him a great perspective on what functionality is truly important, as well as an understanding of the complex relationship between inventory accuracy, usability, and customer success.

Angie Sierck
vMail Operations Manager

Angie joined AccuCode in 2007 as the Operations Manager for Velocity Mail (vMail). As Operations Manager, Angie is responsible for pre-sales and post-sales customer support, systems configuration, implementation, training, data analysis, problem solving, and management of the 24-hour vMail Help Desk. Prior to coming to AccuCode, Angie worked in the aviation industry at Frontier Airlines for nearly a decade. While at Frontier, Angie was responsible for managing all areas of the airlines operations for passenger service, cargo, and mail. Angie's extensive experience provides her with firsthand knowledge of the challenges vMail customers face and how best to solve them.

Angie studied Aviation Management at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
