AccuCode Opens E-Commerce Store

CENTENNIAL, CO – April 23, 2013 - AccuCode Inc., a leading provider of networking, mobility, barcode and RFID hardware, recently announced the launch of their own Amazon Store called AccuStore. This new e-commerce store will allow customers to purchase hardware solutions through the existing AccuCode website.

AccuCode’s decision to launch an e-commerce store is the result of many requests and conversations with existing customers who voiced a need for the ability to purchase hardware and accessories from a single, trusted source. The new e-commerce storefront offers the latest products from many industry leading vendors including Motorola Solutions, Zebra Technologies, Honeywell, Cisco Systems and many others.

“We are committed to helping our customers achieve greater efficiency and believe this new platform will reduce the time needed to find and purchase hardware solutions,” stated Kevin Price, CEO of AccuCode.  “Our easy-to-use navigation will make sourcing hardware solutions faster and stress-free.”

The new store allows customers to search for items by industry, product category (i.e. printers, scanners, etc.), or even part number. Although customers can purchase products online, AccuCode’s experienced sales team is also available for customers that need assistance with product selection or product configuration consultation.

AccuCode Announces New AO: Rapid Inventory Application for Android™ and Apple® Mobile Devices

AccuCode, Inc., a pioneer of the “as a Service” model, today unveiled its new AO: Rapid Inventory application, which allows users to access the cloud-based inventory management software from any Android™ tablet or smartphone and Apple® iPad® or iPhone® web browser. Previously, Rapid Inventory could only be accessed from a computer with an Internet connection.

The new application allows employees working remotely to complete any of the Rapid Inventory mobile transactions on their smartphone or tablet, including receiving a Purchase Order, Picking a Sales Order and Counting Inventory. The intuitive, user-friendly application has an enhanced, clean design that fits perfectly on a mobile device’s larger screen.  The camera on the mobile device can be used for light barcode scanning needs, or a Bluetooth barcode scanner can be connected for heavier scanning tasks.

“The new Rapid Inventory application means our users don’t need to be tethered to their computer—they can carry their mobile device into the warehouse, stockroom or take it out on the sales floor to complete the task at hand,” stated Kevin Reynolds, Product Director of Rapid Inventory.  “We know our clients’ time is valuable, so the Rapid Inventory app will help them make the most of it. Now users can immediately respond to requests, process orders faster and their customer base will appreciate the faster service, which means more repeat business.”

AO: Rapid Inventory is now available for download in the Google Play marketplace or can simply be accessed on the iPad or iPhone’s web browsers. It is free for users who already have purchased a Rapid Inventory license.

Rapid Inventory gives users the ability to manage inventory quickly and easily, and fully integrates with QuickBooks. It can be scalable to meet the needs of any size business, whether the company has one user or 100, two warehouses or 20.
